Candidates seeking admission to the DRA Panel of Arbitrators must demonstrate an appropriate level of expertise and professional experience as well as be of good standing and character. In general, applicants will be required to meet the minimum standards set out below:
- Educational degree(s) appropriate to your field of expertise
- At least five (5) years post qualification experience;
- Membership in a professional association(s);
- Aged between 30 and 70 years.

The DRA reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to admit or to refuse the admission of any person to its Panel. In exercising its discretion, the DRA will have regard to the qualifications, experience and standing of an applicant.
Admission to the Panel is for a fixed term only and the DRA reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to remove any person from the Panel at any time.
