Please find below the text of rules under which you can conduct an arbitration with the DRA.
The 2015 DRA Fast Track Arbitration Rules (5th Edition) are the primary rules of arbitration. Having said so, parties can also adopt the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules for the conduct of arbitration at DRA. While these Rules are essentially designed for the ad hoc form of arbitration, parties can, with special provision, enjoy the benefit of institutional administration of the arbitration from DRA.
